We are not creating just another Agent. We are building a new category, one that creates revenue from both the buyer and seller, and that scales itself. We are in the “Snowball” business. We launch a small AI action. It could be on the buyer side, or the seller side, but then it compounds building on itself, leveraging the interaction and and engagement of buyers, sellers, and others. It self perpetuates, it constantly grows, never stopping, it Snowballs.
Before I get into the business, more deeply, I need to tell a story to illustrate what we are doing.
Some years ago, I was doing work in Rio. I was staying in a hotel in the Copacabana, in the evenings, I would wander along the sidewalks along the beach. One evening, I felt a splat on the top of my shoes. I looked down, sitting on top of my shiny black wing-tips, was a clump of mud. The shoe was filthy.
A few minutes later, a shoeshine boy came running up to me, “Mister, your shoes are dirty, can I shine them?” I was desparate, I couldn’t go to the next day’s meetings with dirty shoes. As he started to shine my shoes, I looked down at his muddy hands……
As pissed off as I was, there was a certain genius in his approach. He created the problem, then charged me to solve the problem.
Well, we are going one step further. We are going to create revenue streams from creating and solving the problems—and we can make it snowball.
Here’s an example of the first Agent we are creating.
We all know how sellers struggle with outreach. We’ve seen sellers using AI prompts to do that outreach for them. AI writes and sends thousands of personalized emails, freeing the seller from doing this. Our agent, will manage that for them, enabling them to send 1000s, ten/hundreds of thousands a day. We will charge them a small fee for doing this.
Now, here’s the twist, we know who is receiving these messages, we can guess they might be overwhelmed. What if we went to those people and said, “Are you struggling to manage your inbox? We make inboxes manageable. We provide AI Agents that can read all those emails, delete/spam the one’s that aren’t necessary, respond automatically to the majority and give you a summary report? We can solve that problem for you!
Who wouldn’t jump at that, we struggle every day with our inboxes.
Now here’s the next iteration, we go back to the sellers, saying, “You aren’t getting enough engagement, for a small upgrade, we can fix that…..” We also, in working with the recipients of those emails, see the emails they are receiving from sellers who aren’t currently our customers. We can go to them, “Your outreach needs help….”
You can see how this will snowball, all with very little effort, we go to the seller then we go to the recipient, then we go back to the seller, then back to the recipient….It all scales magnificently! We get revenue from creating the problem, we get revenue from solving the problem, and the cycle goes on forever.
But that’s just one “snowball!” Imagine all the snowballs we can create. We can do this for virtually every form of outreach, every call. We can do this for LinkedIn outreach, using agents to create content, other agents to create likes/comments, growing and growing what we do to capture LI’s algorithm’s attention.
But there are more. Think of the HR departments struggling with the 1000s of applicants for each job. We can create agents that do the screening, even do the interviewing. Then we can go to the people applying for these jobs saying, “Want to raise your game, get noticed, get interviewed–we can have an agent do that! Maybe we can create an agent with your face and voice, but we would have to charge more for that…. And you can imagine how that snowballs, the hiring companies needing more AI screening and interviewing, job seekers needing to apply to more jobs….
The possibilities are endless.
We are building a system that compounds itself, we call it Autonomous Growth Engineering (AGE) We are leveraging these ultimate AI agents to play both sides, both creating and solving the problems—scaling endlessly.

Afterword: This is the AI generated discussion of this post. I was almost not going to publish this. They were so off on their thinking, particularly the way they thought that “Creating problems to drive the need for solutions,” was an insightful business strategy. I was worried, “They don’t get it!” Then in the last 45 seconds, they start to. They start to pose the questions that we really should be asking about this.
