Just a quick interruption of your Sunday, but I want to make sure you are aware of a fantastic new resource—one focused on helping us create better futures for ourselves, each other, and our communities. It’s important and exciting!
Jill Konrath has just launched her new vision and with that her new site, What’s Really Possible.
For some time, Jill and I have been talking about what’s happening in our worlds. We see increasing challenges and confusion in our communities, country, and in the world. Too often, we find it difficult to have reasonable conversations, discussing these issues, sharing different points of view, or learning from each other. Increasingly, we see polarization, in our country, communities, even within our own families.
With Jill’s new initiative, she wants to help change that which tends to drive us apart.
She will share stories, ideas, conversations where individuals are finding ways to make a difference, to come together, to talk, and perhaps to find common ground. She will provide resources that you might consider as you look at where you might contribute, drive change, and have n impact.
The stories she shares are remarkable. Everyday people, people you might meet while walking, or in a store, sitting in an airport, or by chance. People having impact, even if only for one other person. When I read these stories, I realize, how many similar stories and experiences are out there. We don’t realize this because of what we see in the headlines or on the news. But collectively, these stories of conversations, sharing ideas, making a difference overwhelm what we see in the news.
We need to start sharing them, celebrating, them, contributing to them.
I’m so excited about her new site and initiative. Be sure to sign up, get involved, and share your stories!
I can think of no one better than her to start getting us to think about What’s Really Possible!
