  1. You can only cut costs from the same sources for so long before there is no more room to cut. The procurement team needs to look for new ways to deliver value and impact the bottom line. That means creating something new and leveraging it to save, not just slashing prices here and there.

    • Thanks Navdeep. Cost/spend control will always be a priority with procurement, but they are changing very fast to create greater value for their customers–which happen to also be ours. Seems we have the opportunity to align. Thanks for the comment!
