Understanding and Engaging Our Customers

I'm a huge fan of Stephen Colbert and his Colbert Questionert. Colbert poses 15 questions that, when answered, completely characterize an individual.

In the Brock Questionert, I'm providing a similar framework.

The goal is to better understand the people you deal with, what drives them, and how they view their roles in the organization.

Through better understanding them, independent of what we sell, we will more effectively be able to engage them in conversations that have great impact on them.

The feedback we get from customers who are interviewed with the Questionert is:
